GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS – OPERA STUDIO SOPRON 

  1. Payment, refund and cancellation:

1. In case we cancel any of our programs we pay you the full participation fee back. 

2. In case you cancel your participation in between three to six weeks before the selected program starts we refund the 50 % of the program. The Summer program (June-July) is an exception because for that program there is no refund at all. We organize 8 concerts and all the participants have to understand this responsibilty on our shoulders.

3. In case you cancel your participation within three weeks before the selected program we do not refund the fee because that might put the whole program in financial risk or can lead to program cancellation. The Summer program (June-July is an exception, we do not refund it at all regardless the cancellation timeframes.

4. We do not return the 10% application fee in case there is any.

5. In case of 2 program cancellations you are not allowed to apply to any of our programs in future. 

  1. Usage rights

Participants will agree that all photographic and video materials can be used by the organizers during or after the seminar that are taped and/or recorded during the events, rehearsals or other venues organized by the course provider without special permission from the participants.

Participants will agree that all photographic and video materials can be used by the Opera Studio Sopron (OSS) during or after the seminar that are taped and/or recorded during the events, rehearsals or other venues organized by the OSS without special permission from the participants.

Contracting parties agree that usage permission and rights also pertain to otherwise not detailed usage formats, comprising unlimited usage.

Participants will agree that OSS will have unlimited rights to all photographs naming the participants without any limitation in terms of regional, regularity and/or expiration dates without any renumeration that were recorded or made during the OSS events for publication or other media usage.

3. Misuse of the content of the OSS website and its programs

Citation of any part or all of the website cost 5000 HUF + VAT / word / day. Copying, borrowing creative ideas, program descriptions and presenting them as your own intellectual product costs 40 000 HUF + VAT / day. In all such cases the official lawyer of the OSS program sends a notification by email to those concerned about the possible misuse of our content and ideas.
